Unbelievable a mid week run, I ran from church, felt good I ran in shorts, although it was a little cold (32F with a brisk wind) but it's time to put winter behind us. I had some issues with black ice and wouldn't you know the one time I tried to go around it is the time I wipe out. No harm done but I did probably amuse the car that was going by.
