COMMENTS: nice snow showers and cold. Haven't had this weather in a while.
Worked the up and down pretty hard. Had problems up the Liberty HIlls, and I cruised down the Miller Hill with a little pain as well, some in the shins. I suspect these shoes might not be long for this world.
