COMMENTS: indoor bicycling. cross training until the Shins recover from shin splints. Will start up running again about 48 hours after I spend a day pain free. That could be a week or two, so I have to come up with creative ways to at least try to retain my fitness until my shin is healed. Maybe I'll bike to/from work tomorrow.
