cold cold blustery blustery day. Wow. Strong W winds 15-25 with wcs down to 0 in spots. Not a very nice day at all. Picked my spots and it was much less bad than it could have been. Felt fine, though. Some residual pain in my ITBS though, have to keep an eye on that.
