humid, rainy day, but Oh! what a day! Started out with driving drizzle for the first half mile and then just settled for windy. Ran the first mile with Cory, and had problems finding any other gear except for the one that was keeping me up with him. Finally as we hit a shallow rise at 1.5, there it was, and I was able to maintain pace through the hill. The third mile was partly downhill so hitting that early on made it easy to carry a strong pace through to Spartan Stadium. Splits are 6:10-6:14-6:01. I'm ecstatic! I wanted 19 minutes by August, here it is in May! 18:45 by August? Maybe!
