COMMENTS: nice run. longest to date, runningmap.com said 2.2 for this rte, more like 2.7. Worked the hill a bit in general, figure it's safer than sprinting and blowing out the shin that way, and I think it strengthens things to push off up the hill more. Felt pretty good, all said. doing the exercises are helping, have to do them again tonight.
