quite brisk for 11am in May, about 45. Great temps for a long run in the country, though. Felt really good through about 11 or so, then the ITBS kicked in hard and I had to work it out a bit before I could keep going.
Ran into a couple of Kenyans about 5-6 mi in, It was Cheboiywo and his friend, those guys can sure fly, made me feel like I was standing still. Also crossed paths with the EMU XC team doing their long run too, I hardly EVER see anyone out there, and today I saw like 7 people, weird.
