COMMENTS: 5 min fartleks with 3 min jog in between. 1 mi warmup, 1/2 mi cooldown.
In the end I did 5 of them, with the following splits
6:49-7:29 (uphill)-6:40-7:16-7:43(all uphill)
not bad.
