just a great workout. Constant splits on a lot of the intervals, as well as even intervals when I wanted to run them:
6:30.2
6:28.8=94-98-98-98
6:30.2=96-98-98-98
6:27.2
6:13.0=93-98-92-90
6:05.3=92-92-92-89
heart rate pretty constant at about 160-170 for the first few, and then up to about 180 on the 5th, and 190 on the last one.
