Ugh. First race in about six months, and I sure could tell. No real focus or ability to hold pace when the going got tough at the end. Had some crowd issues toward the end of this one, the walkers were filling up the course and it was hard to get around them, but that only accounted for a few seconds, not all of the slowness. I want to do another 5-10K before Boston and try to work on some things.
