COMMENTS: Cloudy, not a great day for a run. Wind south-east 10-15. Went out rather fast. Kept up a good pace.
7:47-7:58-8:55-8:00=32:22. That third mile was on some ice, so slowed down a bit to make sure I didn't fall. That would suck. Probably was just right for the day. Should go slower tomorrow.
