Pretty consistent. Hot and a little humid out there. times between 2:10 and 2:15. Looking for between 3K and 5K pace, and I was just on the inside of goal 5K pace, so I'm pretty happy. Heart rates were a little high, and it was pretty warm out on the track. 2 minute breaks in between.
