Went out too fast on the track again. Biggest problem is staying under control. Dumbass. I could have done the goal of 16 had I been running at goal pace (@90-95) if I had been thinking about how much longer I was running per lap (25 meters per lap). According to my calcs, that's about 6 seconds per mile added on. No wonder I'm tired.
