Notes
Just kept getting more humid and hotter. Nice company with Marsha, Chris, Larry, Art and me. The rest of the group, Lepore, Hafiz, Chang, Victoria and poor Alan went North to do the crappy cul-de-sac run.
We ran to Savage and the decent bathrooms and refill water fountain. I sweat as much as I possibly could sweat. This is the way it will be until late September.
Chris needed 11.7 and got her miles which is nice but doesn't really help me. Although this is classified as an "Easy" run, it was nothing of the sort. I couldn't get my pace right. Either I ran ahead at 9:30 or dragged behind.
