Notes

Took the bus again to Frisco, got off at the medical center and ran from there into town in order to know where the bike path actually started. Starts at 5th and Maine. Nearest bus stop for the future is 6th and Maine. Started the climb back to Breckenridge. Elevation in Frisco is 9079. About 500 feet climb to Breckenridge.

After a few miles I had to basically stop every 1 mile. Rest, restart. Like mile intervals only not fast. Sun in my face, and constant climb. This seemed even harder than the trail run. I can think of only 2 reasons:

1) More sun, harder surface and basically running road speed of about 10:10 mpm. Day after running 10 miles on trails.

or

2) I suck.

Those miles uphill will put hair on your chest.

I think that you should take a break from running until I catch up to you. Just saying. I just need a week or two.

Good work and perhaps see you at coffee on Friday. I run and you sip Bagel Bin coffee.

I think you suck, at least the air. It's thinner out there, and for old men, like ourselves, it takes time to acclimatize. You'll be ready, about the time you leave town.

Do you see how hard I am working at catching up to you? How about you suck and should just quit running until I do?
