Wow! Beautiful morning. Hussein, Marsha, Jess, Chris and me. I snuck in an extra bonus mile so that I could list this as a long run. Wonderful DD and conversation after just sitting in the parking lot. Love a day like today.

I call any double-digit run a long run! Makes it look like I do a lot of them which builds confidence and makes me continue to run. I know - it sounds like a mental issue. LOL!
