Beautiful but hilly course. The weather was great. Marsha, Hafiz, Caroline, Michele, Srini, Debbie, Chris all had pretty good days. Some age group winners and Caroline 2nd overall.

I thought my miles were a little more consistent than what this shows. Trying for steady MP through 1st half of the race. Picked up the pace a little over 2nd half and on the last mile. Tough hills at end. I would definitely do this race again and would PR next time if the weather was just as good.

Great running today. Look how strong you were for Mile 13! Just amazing how you took off up the final hill for a super fast finish. Can't wait to see what you do at NCR:)

What a strong hammer that you put down at the end. Saving it all up for the mighty finish! You looked really strong at the end. This is how you will perform in your marathon as well. Funny- the 2nd mile was my worst split too. You were probably running with a consistent effort, but the hills make it hard to see that. Great job today. NCR? Is Deb kidding??
