Humid, fairly nasty. The little hill coming out of the bagel start seems like a mountain. Marsha was running even after having the dentist hammer a post into her mouth for future dental implant. Tough girl.
Mostly ran with Chris and JB. At the end of the sweat soaked 8 miles Chris "suggested" that we do Strides over at the track. So, Strides it was.
I only said to Chris that "I hate you" twice while doing the Strides. I was being nice.
