Notes
This run went okay. No GUs, just breakfast and water. Reasonable temps, a little humidity. Greg/Frank/Chris F/JB/Me. We picked up a guy named Bahdri who missed the start of Bagel and drove to Centennial Lake. Nice guy, he ran the jig and about 4 miles with us. JB did a pretty good long run but was suffering. He turned back at Lake K water and we pushed on picking up Anna Hogue. All the way to Water Stop #3 at end of Tamar and then back via Frank's lane. I dropped a MP for the last mile basically heading up hill for 1/2 of it.
Reasonably pleased with the run.
