A good run. Great company for almost all with Izzy, Chris, Debbie, Glenda and Marsha. Wanted a couple of extra miles today so split from the group at Oakland Mills Rd and came back Farewell road. Good effort and felt I was running with a good pace for the last 5 miles.

You are crazy. Fantastic job today on your whopping 23.5 miles. Especially the day after a stellar tempo run. Nice place to sneak in your marathon pace mile. You still had some juice in you after all that?! I sense a PR.....
