The workout that Chris had for us was about 4 mile WU/CD and 3 x 1600 intervals with 600 m recovery in between. We ended up with 3 x 1 mile with about 600 recovery. This was the last and actually first "speed" session of the abbreviated Hanson's Target pace was supposed to be 7m 30 s to 7 m 50 s. I came pretty close on the first two and got the last one. Weather is horrendous. Crushing, soul defeating humidity.
