Notes

What a great group of runners, Chris, Greg, Frank and me. We stuck to plan and hit our target pace of about 8:35 mpm. I was tiring after we pushed past mile 9.

So far, Hansons isn't killing me but we haven't been doing the real long runs yet. Hit the first big one this Sunday. Then we'll see if the cumulative fatigue hits like other people are complaining about.

You're in denial. Quit reading the Hanson's FB page--they're all new runners. You're not dead tired because you've been running for a million years. And by the way, wake up! You've already done a bunch of 16 milers and a 50k. I think you're good. You are going to have to accept that barring injury there is no reason for you not to crush Steamtown, and me. Kind of like 2013.

My feelings are hurt. I just want a nice 3:52 at Steamtown. I wish much better for you- 3:45.
