Hot, sunny and dangerous. Another stupid run by me on a road with no shoulder and huge construction trucks and fast cars. I use to do this run when I first started. No more. Too dangerous. High quality effort on a hot day.
Glad that you are okay. Glad that I am reading your post since the other day I was thinking of just heading out to the Old Course.
