A terrific day weather wise. Lower humidity and temps. Hafiz, Chris and me doing the lower part of the CAT trail. Hamburg down 8 miles to the Overlook and then back. Actually a pretty pleasant part of the course. Thank you to Art for putting out special provisions for the three of us just off the fire road.
Just water today for me out of the Camelbak. No need for gels because the weather was much improved.
