Successful but very warm feeling run to finish the week. Started with the idea of 5 miles. I knew my Pace Bunny was 6.5 miles and then I remembered I had 51.3 coming into today. I picked 8.7 and rounded to 9 so I got 60 for the week. This should help with Cayuga.
