Went shirtless along with Greg. First comment from Faye, "Geez, we have to run with two fat white guys?"
Not a nurturing run. It was humid and growing hot. Still, Chris, Greg and I hit the #s we needed. Faye and Julia were faster for their MP - 10 seconds and did well.
Only one more SOS run (Something of Substance) to go before the one week taper. Yeeha!
