Hot, humid and hot and humid. Started at 6 am for early 5 miles and then back at BB at 7 am for most of the familiarization run. Had a nice time running with Alyssa, JB, The Governor and for a short while, Chris and Jess. Interesting, I had a HR of 182 during an 11 minute mile and then top rate of 160 during a sub 9 minute mile. Go figure. Dog Days 8K tomorrow morning so I decided to only run 15 miles.
