Notes
This is Week 14 of Hanson's. Our tough Strength Tuesday. Started with Chris and Lepore but Greg is trying to ward off Ankle bone cancer. He quit after the 2 mile WU.
Goal was around 8:30 or so. 2 x 3 mile with 1 mile recovery and 1 mile cool down preceded by 2 mile WU. Total of 10 miles on my schedule despite what Chris inferred about some mystical 11th mile.
I think we did a good job and pretty much nailed the 8:30 goal.
Mile 1 8:26 Mile 2 8:31, Mile 3 8:32, Mile 4 8:23, Mile 5 8:33, Mile 6 8:25. Now on to Thursday.
