Great day to be on the trails. Lower humidity, lower temps. I started at South Mountain Inn and headed North to meet up with the Steeplechasers. Ended up going about 11 miles until I hit their lead group. Decided to run back with them to SMI. Was having trouble with my Camelback. Ended up borrowing a knife on the trail from some guy who looked like Charles Manson and cut the two ends of the tube. That helped fix the problem. Cranked it up a little on the return 11 with a sub 10 min mile thrown in there.
