Original workout plan was 8 x quarter mile repeats with quarter mile easy jog between.
Because I can, I did 10. Probably earns me an extra point on my scoring for the week.
Not only did you run 10 instead of 8, but you did progressive repeats. Nicely done. Sadly though, I'm pretty sure you lose points for not following the program precisely.
