Not the hardest hike because we didn't go far but not easiest. Grade was 10.1% to the highest point overall but 16.6% on the second hill. This hike was up Boreas Pass road. Drive to top (9.6 miles up), park. Several old buildings and old rail car. Hike starts behind the rail car. Clean mostly single track trail. We went pass the other hikers and kept going hoping to find the Indiana Creek trail. No such luck. Did find a cool abandoned mine shaft. Got colder the further up and threatening rain clouds.
