Wonderful run with Marsha, Chris, Jess, JB, Alan and me. Alan is 10 months smoke free! Jess was potty mouth after the run. Marsha ran ahead of us because she could. I did 2 AMPs at the end. Bite me.
Perhaps if I had gone potty at the port a pot I would have gotten rid of the potty mouth.
