Planned workout for Chris and me of 6 x 1 mile with 1/4 mile recovery. Since I struggle with running math, I was very upset when Chris said she was going to shorten our recovery from 1/4 mile to .2 miles. I was pissed. Took me about 3 miles to figure out that she was only shortening the recovery by 5/100s of a mile. Oops. My bad. Sorry I wanted to kill her. No jury would have convicted me though if it had happened.
For Strength days, target pace for me is between 8:25 mpm and 8:35 mpm. Took the 1st mile to get in the groove, then hit the paces.
