Notes
An interesting run. Nice company today with Marsha, Carrie, Beth and Greg. They rarely are able to do a Friday run. The Friday crowd was missing. The run was interesting in that I was tired at the start, didn't improve and basically ran on lungs at the end because the legs were dead. I think it was the heat the last couple of days and giving platelets yesterday. I don't know.
Pace turned out perfect for what is in store tomorrow at the airport loop.
