This was a confidence builder. I only need 2 miles to hit my Team Green goal. Decided to try and get to 3+. Then decided to cross the highway and start up Southside Hill. Brutal. And again, and again and again and again. Ended up hitting my weekly training goal of 40 miles and SOS run.
For the week, really good result with tough work put in

1Pt - Long run of 16 miles.
