Notes
Drank 1/4 bottle of water before start and a GU. Took another GU around mile 7 and 1/2 cup of water. I worked hard during this race and the result doesn't really show. Nearly 2 minutes slower than last year. I got into a deep hole in Miles 6 -8 and didn't have anything in the legs. Not the worst 10 mile race but one of my slower Cherry Pit races.
About 3% slower than a few years ago. Coincidentally, 3% heavier. 10 for effort, 8 for result.
