Notes
This was a nice race. Linda-Lou and Greg took 1st place Masters, Chris took 3rd place AG (and a serious PR) and I took 3rd place AG (not a PR). Good showing by HFers We were sitting at a round table in the cafeteria waiting for awards to start. Another guy sits down with his wife. Says his name was Greg only I misheard and it was actually Mitch. Well, Mitch won a 1st place AG so it was a table of winners.
The course leaves from Arundel HS and does many turns in a neighborhood on its way to some paved trail and then turnaround. Some hills but nothing like the back half of 10 Mile Challenge. Very runnable.
This was a good morning. Stopped at DD on the way home. All is right with the world today.
