That was a tough run but the knee held. Good finishing 5 miles. Marsha, Kenny, George, Rob, Judith, John, Greg and me on a beautiful Federal Holiday morning.
Greg was outstanding as he wasn't feeling great yet paced me for the full 20 miles. Couldn't stay even with him the last half so just hung on his heels and dug in. Lost over a minute for the bathroom break. Won't be doing that in DC.
