Notes
We got such an amazing break with the weather. Cool, breezy and less humidity. I didn't sweat through my clothes in the first few miles like earlier this week.
Chris and I started at 5:50 at BB and headed through the death tunnel to Elkhorn and on to Savage. 10.2 miles to Savage. Came back via Mr. Mike's water stop. We were running short on the way back so we stopped in at the Merriweather garage and did two sets of up and down the stairs.
By this time, my right heel is killing me and Chris's feet are protesting. We played the Alphabet game with jobs/careers that you wouldn't do. It was actually fun and killed some of the pain and time.
Despite the slow pace of our splits, this was a good day. Last long run before CAT. BB for drinks and food after and sat with Faye, Michelle, Matt and Frank. Beautiful morning.
