Notes
The second half of the long run and had a nice run with Chris and Becky. Chris told a joke that I couldn't repeat because it was so funny and yet cruel. Kind of like Helen Keller jokes. This was at mile 18 and I couldn't stop her.
Liked my effort and result, good long easy run.
