Notes
Everything about this run screams "ordinary". But it wasn't. It was extra-ordinary. Why? Because without my Hero Friends, I wouldn't have done the run. Thanks to JB, Frank, Faye, Larry, Mikhail, Hafiz and especially Matt. I wasn't "feeling the run" and just needed a recovery pace. Matt hung back with me and we talked and ran. It was a pretty good night.
Then, Faye, Frank and I went to DD for coffee. Sweet.
