Long run Saturday. Started early with Hussein, Audrey, Alan, Donnie, Greg, Cecilia. Picked up Chris at mile 6 at 7am. Audrey was a trooper and kept me company even though she could have run faster.
Slight groin pull bothering me and some left knee cancer. Other than that, no issues.
