It was a little cooler and breezier than I expected which was good. Chris, Frank and me met Pam and Lorraine at Hamburg for 16 miler. A kind Frederick person put out water at Fishing Creek about 6 miles into the run and then you could hit it again 4 miles later. Good run, no falls, I grow ever more comfortable with CAT.
