This was a great run. My brother-in-law Kurt decided to join me for what would be his longest run ever. We drove to the Montour Trail which is pretty close to his house. 4 miles out, 4 miles back to cars. Refuel, 4 miles the other way, 4 miles back. Lots of runners out. We met new friends and one guy joined us for several miles. The temp. was fantastic. the pace was exactly what I was looking for and it is special when you are on a run where someone goes further than they have ever run before. Kurt's longest run was 14, now 16. Booyah!
