A very pleasant day. Lower humidity and lower temps. Special run because Audrey could make the run after work. Chris, Audrey and me. Chris seemed to still be whining about last week and how I somehow with all my ailments and old age issues happened to slide by her in mileage. I was shocked by her allegations that somehow I "promised" to stop running at 60 miles.
IDK, I just try to serve my fellow man/woman.
