Another authentic snow run. Not just snow on the ground but actually snowing.
Wore my new Salomons. Good feel and kept the feet warmer as I went through 3 or 4 inches of snow at times.
My piriformis/hamstring/glute/ITB injury has improved with the work done by the massage therapist. Going to continue to use foam roller/stretching/tennis ball to try and get 100% healthy.
