Notes
You know, a pretty good run. I was thinking that my legs were kind of dead. Running by myself on my neighborhood course that I know every bump in the road. Nothing inspiring there. But. Changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes. I "got my head on straight" and started thinking of a progression run. Get each mile a little quicker.
Kaboom! 18 second drop, 9 seconds, 18 seconds, 9 seconds, 4 seconds, 4 seconds.
