Planned workout was 7 x 800ms at 3:35 with 400m recovery. With the half mile instead of 800s I think I came pretty close. Took a break after the first set of three and then did the last four.
The nights come quicker now and it is cooler. Chris, Catherine, Janeth, Greg and a million Next Steppers at HCC Track. Fighting a cold but I'm pleased with this.
