Feet First with Bravo, Art on Roads, and new runner Joy. Good start in first mile. Joy turned off around mile 5 and I wanted to see what I could do for the rest of the run to be prepared for Clyde's. Cranked last mile nicely and overall 8:08. Good chance to break 50 minutes on Sunday.
