Notes
The vacation isn't over but my vacation from running is over. 4 days off and finally back out for an okay 6 miles. Altitude is difficult. 9500+ feet. Cool morning. Left knee is wonky. Not happy with it given all the time off it had.
Also did about 5 miles of hiking today.
